At the beginning of evey fiscal year, a company is set to introduce its goals pivoting learning from previous years and upcoming trends to favor the growth of company and its people.
During this strategy phase, the company looks at the past objectives, achieved or excelled, analyze market trends, customer demands, internal capabilities and external opportunites. Aligning these objectives with Company Vision and Mission, they lay the groundwork for setting SMART goals. These SMART goals serve as a guiding compass for every department, team and individual to work toeards a common goal.
How did I set Goals for the product Idea –
While thinking about the idea, I envisioned a solution that Inspires, guides, celebrates journey towards one’s long-term well-being by investing less time and feel more achieved.
When conducting user research and interviews, I found the purpose of solving problems that added value to the product and set some goals to achieve success for the product.

- Thoughts can overcomplicate one’s mind making it unstable to make a firm decision. Achieveit.ai is an application that supports in maintaining a Journal of their tasks and thoughts with an ability to seek advocacy from AI to automate daily tasks
- AI powered dairy will help boost productivity of an individual by suggesting activities that stores their time and likings
PURPOSE
- Helping individuals be proactive towards their daily tasks
- Enhancing an individual’s activity with the help of interactive AI to assist suggesting similar or new tasks that accompanies their taste there by making them feel achieve
- Tracking their task completion rates with relation to their happiness levels
- Have one spend less time and achieve more interaction
GOALS
- Our goal is to create an application where an individual could write down their thoughts without overcomplicating their minds, prioritize their tasks, try new activities to boost their productivity inversely tracking their mood levels.
- A Small thoughts can bubble up to a bigger problem and create an endless loop of over-thinking. Our goal is to capture a small thought or problem, provide solution and minimize complexity of the thought thereby maintaining a healthy state of mind
